Chamber of Commerce and Industry Launches Customized Learning Programs in Partnership with OPTIM Project

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Edineț branch, in collaboration with the OPTIM Project, is set to launch tailored learning programs for regional businesses. These programs are designed to address the specific needs of various business sectors and enhance their skills and capabilities in finance, marketing, leadership, soft skills, and legal compliance.

The programs will cover a wide range of topics tailored to different business stages and individual needs:

Startups: Business planning, efficient financial management, product promotion, new product testing, and access to financing.
Developed SMEs: Company development strategies, internationalization, strategic management, and digital transformation.
Individuals (focusing on women): Personal skills SWOT analysis, job search strategies, and digital skills development.

To accommodate various preferences, the CCI Edineț branch offers flexible delivery methods including classroom training, online sessions, workshops, mentoring, and personalized coaching.
