BizRadar, the virtual business community application, will be improved with the support of Helvetas Moldova
22 May 2024 – Helvetas Moldova will support the development of BizRadar software through the OPTIM project. BizRadar is a virtual business community application, developed at the initiative of the Secretariat of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of Moldova, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The software improvement actions will take place following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Helvetas Moldova and the Secretariat of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of Moldova. Present at the event, Bojan Kolundzija, specified that “Our strategic partnership with the Secretariat of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister is a major step in strengthening the business environment in the Republic of Moldova. Through joint initiatives, such as improving the BizRadar application, we aim to increase access to relevant information, increase transparency, and support Moldovan entrepreneurs in their economic development efforts”.
Thus, OPTIM and the Secretariat of the Economic Council will strengthen their efforts to develop a favorable business environment in Moldova by facilitating the interaction of economic agents with state authorities through BizRadar. The BizRadar application is the first and only one of its kind in Moldova, added Ion Lupan, Head of the Secretariat of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of Moldova.
Through this software, members of the Economic Council and managers of private companies have the opportunity to keep abreast of the most important news on the regulatory framework in the economic field, to participate in surveys on the state of things at the moment, and the challenges in various sectors of the national economy.
Members of the BizRadar community can come up with proposals to overcome these problems, Ion Lupan added. Continuous improvement of this software is imperative to ensure its rapid efficiency and OPTIM’s support in this regard is very timely, Ion Lupan said at the Memorandum signing event. In the period immediately following the signing of the Memorandum, the process of upgrading the application will begin, followed by actions to promote BizRadar in order to popularize the software among entrepreneurs and investors in Moldova.
