ODA and Helvetas Join Forces to Digitize Services for Entrepreneurs
The Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) and HELVETAS have signed a partnership to develop the “Personal Cabinet of the Authorized User” — a modern online tool designed to significantly reduce waiting times and simplify procedures.
Currently, preparing and submitting a funding application can take 6–8 days, with the review process stretching even longer. With the new platform, applications will be completed in just 2 days and evaluated in as little as 3 days.

The platform will also cut the number of rejected applications by 80%, as much of the required information will be automatically retrieved from public registers — eliminating the need to submit the same documents multiple times.

This project is supported by the Swiss Government and implemented by Helvetas Moldova in the Republic of Moldova. Development will take place between August 2025 and March 2026.
