Female leadership in agriculture: 20 Moldovan entrepreneurs have strengthened their managerial skills
Twenty female entrepreneurs from the Moldova Fruct Association recently participated in the “Inspirational Leadership” workshop, organized to develop leadership skills in the agricultural sector.

The event, led by trainer Ilie Dercaci, included interactive activities and practical sessions focused on effective communication, team management, delegation of responsibilities and conflict management. Participants appreciated the opportunity to share experiences, highlighting the importance of practical skills acquired in managing the challenges specific to their activity.
"We found that the true leader knows how to clearly define goals, communicate effectively and inspire the team to overcome obstacles," said one of the participants, Vera Bîtlan, representative of Fani SRL.

“It was a great experience and an inspiration, with useful information and examples of women leading the change. I wrote down valuable ideas about what it means to be a true leader, how you can cultivate team spirit, which I will apply in everyday work, "said Adelina Bortă, Staragro Group.
According to the organizers, supporting female leadership is essential for increasing the performance and competitiveness of Moldovan agriculture, thus contributing to the sustainable economic development of the country.

The workshop was organized by the Moldova Fruct Association with the support of the Swiss Government and Helvetas Moldova through the OPTIM Project.
