A new horizon for Victoria's business

"In the START in BUSINESS program, all the modules approached were interesting and effective, but the most useful for my business was the Strategic Management and Development Strategies module.

Talking about strategic management has given me greater clarity on the directions I need to take to ensure sustainable growth. We have learned the importance of setting long-term goals, coupled with short-term plans, in order to be able to face the challenges of the ever-changing market. I have also gained valuable insight into the diversification of development strategies, which will allow me to explore new opportunities and attract customers.

In terms of digital transformation, I realized how important it is to adopt modern technologies to improve internal processes and provide a better customer experience. Operational digitalization and integration of online ordering platforms are essential steps to stay competitive. This seminar inspired me to invest more in digitalization and explore new innovative solutions to improve both business efficiency and customer relationship.

I recommend other entrepreneurs to participate in such training, as it provides valuable information that can be applied to business development.”

Impact of the START-UP PROGRAM

Organized to support local entrepreneurs, the program was graduated by 150 participants, who received certificates of competence. The next edition will continue to provide training and mentoring for business development in the region.

“Such initiatives are essential for more resilient communities. We provide local entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge to develop their businesses sustainably, contributing to the local economy and raising the standard of living, " says Inna Stanciu, director of the Edinet branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.

Investing in small businesses supports the local economy, creates jobs and preserves community traditions. Through these initiatives, regions become more economically independent and prosperous.

The START-UP program was organized with the support of the Swiss Government and Helvetas, through OPTIM Project.
