ODA and Helvetas Moldova Launch the Entrepreneur's Cabinet in Pilot Phase: A Digital Platform for Simplified Access to Funding Opportunities and Business Support Services

The platform automatically verifies applicants' eligibility and reduces application processing time from eight to three working days, contributing to digitalisation and greater efficiency in interactions between entrepreneurs and ODA.

During the pilot phase, the platform is being used to validate its functionalities and operational workflows. Any information entered by users will be processed exclusively for testing purposes, and no administrative procedures related to application assessment or funding will be initiated.

Vadim Codreanu, Director of ODA, emphasised that the launch of the platform marks another important milestone in the digital transformation of services for the business community.

"The launch of the Entrepreneur's Cabinet represents an important step in the digital transformation of ODA's services. By simplifying processes and automating eligibility verification, we are providing entrepreneurs with faster, more transparent and more efficient access to support programmes and funding opportunities," said Vadim Codreanu.

Cristina Butuleac, Digitalisation and Access to Finance Manager for the OPTIM Project, highlighted the importance of digitalising access to finance, noting that the new platform brings entrepreneurs closer to funding opportunities.

"By automating eligibility verification and enabling real-time data exchange, the Entrepreneur's Cabinet creates a standardised model that transforms the way financial support is delivered to businesses. This new functionality will improve access to finance while increasing the efficiency of the use of funds allocated to entrepreneurs," said Cristina Butuleac.

The new platform will allow entrepreneurs to submit funding applications much faster, as required information will be automatically retrieved from public registries. This will reduce the time required to complete and process applications, facilitate access to funding, minimise the risk of data-entry errors, and ultimately contribute to a higher approval rate for funding applications.
