Throughout the programme, participants worked closely with experienced mentors and experts, gaining practical knowledge in essential areas for business development, including sales, access to finance, marketing and promotion, digitalisation, and human resource management. This hands-on approach enabled the entrepreneurs to better understand market dynamics, improve their operational capacity, and make more informed strategic decisions.

The impact of the programme is already visible. On average, participating businesses recorded a 2.5-fold increase in sales within just three months. Notably, four participants successfully launched new businesses during the programme, marking an important step in their entrepreneurial journeys.

The programme concluded with a closing ceremony celebrating the achievements of the participants. On this occasion, 15 women entrepreneurs were awarded financial support totalling MDL 120,000, aimed at helping them further develop, consolidate, and scale their businesses.

Commenting on the importance of such initiatives, Bojan Kolundzija highlighted the broader impact of investing in women-led enterprises:

“Supporting women entrepreneurs is not only about individual success stories; it is about strengthening the economy and fostering inclusive growth. Programmes like Club 29 create real opportunities for women to participate fully in economic life and to turn their ideas into sustainable businesses.”

Through initiatives like Club 29, continued efforts are being made to promote women’s economic inclusion, support entrepreneurship, and contribute to more resilient local economies.
