Strengthening Moldova’s Entrepreneurial Future: Helvetas and ODA Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Helvetas Moldova and the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening Moldova’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
This partnership is designed to support practical, high-impact improvements in the way business support services are delivered in Moldova. The focus will be placed on the digitalization of training programmes, capacity-building for business consultants, and institutional development within ODA — all essential components for building a more responsive and future-ready support system for local entrepreneurs.
“Investing in the institutional strength of key organisations like ODA is critical if we want SMEs in Moldova to not just survive, but thrive in a modern economy,” said Bojan Kolundžija, Country Director of Helvetas Moldova.
