Recently, the beneficiaries participated in the second networking session held at Bardar Bakery, one of the companies participating in the program. This event was attended by the beneficiaries of the "Digital Evaluation Program of SMEs", ATIC and OPTIM Project representatives who were interested in the evolution of the participants. 

Victor Nistorică, the company's director, offered everyone present the unique opportunity to discover the secrets and production processes behind the bakery's flagship products. Through an exciting tour, the participants had the opportunity to walk through the production sections and learn more about the art of baking bread and pastries of the "Bardar Bakery" brand. Victor Nistorică shared with the participants in the program not only his experience in the field of bakery but also the vision and objectives of the company for the future, highlighting the importance of digitalization in their growth strategy.

In addition, the networking session was also attended by Vitalie Esanu, the digital expert of the program who gave the participants an inspirational presentation. He spoke about the impact of new AI tools, cloud systems, and process automation on the business environment, giving everyone valuable insight into how digital technology can revolutionize their activities.

Thus, the second networking session was an excellent opportunity for participants to learn, exchange experiences and inspire each other in their joint effort to address digital challenges in the agrifood industry.

☑This program is implemented with the support of OPTIM Project, supported by Switzerland and Helvetas. The program is carried out in two stages. To start with, the beneficiaries of the program are supported and mentored directly by digital experts, who will gain a deep understanding of the current digital capacities of SMEs. Following the evaluation by digital experts, companies will receive recommendations on process optimization through the implementation of digital solutions.
